Cancer It happens to too many people. We have so much sympathy, but deep down we dont know till its one of our own. I hate hearing it, or reading it in a book, even in song lyrics it makes me want to choke. I hate the fact it happened to you. It just tears me apart thinking about one day without you. I wish it would all go away and i could see you once again in no longer pain. I want you to live till your over 100. See me walk down the isle, and more important get handed our diplomas. I know i'll fall apart when its time for you to go. But i have many memories of you, which gives me lots of hope. Your an amazing person, and theres no easy way to say goodbye. But when your time comes, you'll be in my dreams because nothing in life will ever change what you meant to me.

In Loving Memory
Today a small town mourns another untimely death but it feels so much more than that. Four years ago to this day the precious life of a beloved young man was taken and with it the spirit of the community. But in our hours of sadness and our days of distress and discomfort we think back to the memories as we so often do. And as the pain rears it’s head again I find a new solution hard as it may be I think of what he would want how he would want us to live this day and every other. And I realize that every opportunity must be taken and this gift of life must be cherished every day and fulfilled. So in my sadness I find hope I find hope that eventually this terrible weight will be lifted that these feelings of wasted time and unsaid words will disappear and that no other small town will be burdened with these feelings the way we are. A cure will arise and people may live their lives without fear of an unseen unstoppable disease. The hope that this brings me is refreshing and in these hopes I see his smile his big bright smile as always. And I realize we shall weep and we shall be overwhelmed with sadness at times but we shall also live on the way he would want us to. With hope and love for one another. So as I did so many years before I raise my class and do what I think he would want pull my friends in close and propose the same toast to the greatest man I’ve ever known. A wiser man than myself once said that death is just the beginning and I can’t help but agree. As I’m sure you’ve seen Corey puts himself into all our lives at random times. Whether it be a sign or a dream or anything it is always one of happiness and I find incredible comfort in this. To know we will all be reunited again and that he is out there in a better place still with that same old damn smile that can infuriate you one moment and make you love him even more the next.
It has been a long time since I have been on the sight so I figured I would get on and check things out!
I still miss you more than ever! I can not believe that it will be four years in September! That just seems impossible! I still have to say that it is not getting any easier but it really helps to talk about things and to talk about you! Which is something that I LOVE to do!
As I am sure you know I could really use a big hug and a shoulder right now! I really need some strength! I have a lot going on in life but I think I am going to be ok! All of a sudden things are starting to look up for me so we will see what happens!
I sure do miss you and I will be sure to keep you updated on my life job etc....I will be out to see you soon I PROMISE! Continue to watch over us Jamison and I am ready for another sign from Heaven!

Yesterday I lost a good friend to a very bad car accident due to the weather.I can't believe all of the feelings I am having again because this was so sudden.I guess God needed another special angel.Please watch over Lisa and take care of her as I know God will.We love you and miss you more everyday.

Hi. I wanted to offer my condolances. This may sound strange, but I just happened to find Corey's memorial site today. It is a beautiful website & I love the music & pictures. I am so sorry about your son. He seems like a wonderful boy. My son Nick, who was 16 died last September, Sept.5th 2007, he was born in June 1991. A couple weeks after Nick passed, I had the most vivid dream ever, & I dreamt that nick came to me from heaven, he was surrounded by kids, & other teenagers. He told me he was making lots of new friends & that his newest best friend was named Corey. Nick never had any friends named corey, nor do I know of any coreys, so I thought that was strange, but the dream was so real, that I decided to look & see if there were any corey's around nick's age that had passed away. That is how i found your website. My son Nick was starting his junior year at high school, he was a very happy, outgoing, friendly boy with tons of friends & a great sense of humor. Nick could make anyone laugh or smile. Nick was involved in basketball, choir, leadership, church youth group, funny movies, video games & most importantly girls & making new friends. He passed suddenly last September after making a horrible decision to try a few pills that his "friend" gave him, & nick went to sleep & never woke up. He was in a coma for 20 hours. Nick was a christian, so I know where he is, but I still miss him very much, & think 16 is way too young. Just as I am sure you are missing your Corey. I would like to make a website for my Nick someday like you did for corey.

I can't believe it's been 3 yrs. I miss you very much. We should have been helping you move into your new college dorm and watching you new a new phase of your life I know you would have enjoyed very much. It's amazing how you are still touching lives (did you see the football players visit you Friday?).
Keep an eye on your sis and help her out whenever she asks for a little assistance from her little brother.

Sorry this is late. You've been on my mind alot. I sure did see alot of 33's yesterday!! Went to a couple graduation party's. This isn't going to be easy. Sorry your balloons and card got stuck in the tree!! It's hard to believe you are 18 and would be graduating!!

since i have been on here. Senior year is passing so fast i barely have time to breath. I wrote a hell of an essay for OSU about you, and what do you know, I got in. Anyway, I got alot of shit going on and was wonderin if you could put in a word upstairs and help me hold on.
